I'm back. Your boy is back.

After a 4+ month hiatus from blogging, I have made a triumphant return. I've decided to no longer blog at MySpace though. I just think that a new location will result in a more unique blog, etc etc. I want this blog to surely have roots and feel from my prior one, kinda of like a metamorphisis. Unfortunately by taking this route, I will have no readers right now, as surely I am the only at this moment that knows this blog exists. However I'm going to believe in this guy fucking Field of Dreams styleeeeee, knowing that just as long as I get the work done, people will read.

One big change in my blogging style is that I am going to incorporate poker into the blog, which I think will be a fun way of tracking some hands that I've played, as well as vent some for inevitable coolers, bad beats, and fuckjobs. Just another way that poker is like life. In both, you know that bad shit is inevitable. Bad shit that is totally out of your hands. But you know its going to occur, its inevitable. So, in both forms all you can do is tread carefully, try to minimize its damage, and hopefully move on accordingly. Yeah, I'm always comparing poker to life like that, weird I know.

My buddy danewfdonk had a rough day yesterday. I gave him action in a few tournies (I get 50% of whatever he makes.) The tournament he did best in was the 10r, where first was roughly 11k. He was second in chips with about 20 left when this hand occured.

That last hand crippled him to TWO big blinds. However, he went into uber shortstack mode, got lucky once with AJ vs KK, and found himself back to 1 million by the time the final table hit. I wish I could say that the fuckjobs stopped, but unfortunately, it was not meant to be (although I seriously thought it was.)

I only took one harsh hit yesterday, in a pot for chip leader in the 3r with a little over 100 people left. It was a flip preflop so I can't be too upset, however getting 4 outed in this spot is just meh. This is spanned over 3 hands.

From my experience, people impatient waiting for someone to act signifies great strength.

Also, I read the blog below that I wrote nearly a year ago. In it, I mention how im 2nd in the TLB contest for UB. I ended up losing that race, to Annette_15, who I had no idea who that was at the time. She ended up winning by a landslide :)
